Alamitos Students Attend Annual Latinos Unidos Conference

On Jan-14-24, 12 Alamitos students attended the annual GGUSD Latinos Unidos Conference at Cal State Fullerton! Students heard from Latino/Chicano leaders such as: Dr. Gabriela Mafi (Superintedent), Dr, Zazueta (ACSA President), and Sergio Contreras (Westminster City Councilman). Students received a tour of CSUF and attended workshops that focused on culture, college planning, and making our families proud. A big thank you to Mrs. Garcia for supporting our students on this trip!
